Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Order is not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders above $75, so you will not need to worry about shipping prices.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at themonkcart@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
